Return Policy

Scope
This page applies to physical and digital products purchased from the StevensED store. It does not govern tuition, instructional services, recital fees, or other program charges. Those items are governed by the applicable enrollment agreement and the current policies published through the Bursar’s Office section of the Policy Library.
Product returns
Unless a product listing states otherwise, unopened physical products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Digital products are not returnable after access or download has been provided, except where required by law. Defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled orders should be reported promptly so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Original and return shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
